Perform key duplication and programming using advanced locksmith tools and technology. Install, repair, and replace vehicle locking systems and ignition components. Maintain detailed service records and manage inventory accurately. Communicate clearly with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction. Stay current with the latest automotive locksmithing technologies and industry trends. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in automotive locksmithing preferred, with at least 2 years in a similar role. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with key cutting machines and automotive lock systems. Industry-standard locksmith certifications are a plus. Proficient in using locksmith-related software and tools.
