Key Responsibilities Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Assist residents with mobility to ensure safety and comfort. Administer medication following care plans and health guidelines. Engage residents in social and recreational activities to improve quality of life. Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to senior staff. Maintain accurate records of care and any incidents. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Required and Preferred Qualifications NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (required). Experience in elderly care or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and supportive attitude toward residents. Basic proficiency with care management software is a plus. Minimum 1 year experience in a care setting desirable.
