Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized, compassionate one-on-one in-home care to clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
Monitor clients’ health status by observing changes and reporting to nursing supervisors or family members promptly.
Administer basic health care tasks within scope, including medication reminders and vital signs monitoring under supervision.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided, following company protocols and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized home environment to promote client well-being and prevent accidents.
Support clients’ social and emotional needs by engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Valid CNA or HHA certification recognized in Arizona.
Minimum 1 year of experience providing in-home care or in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and families.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home environment.
Reliable transportation to travel within Tempe Junction and surrounding areas.

Preferred:

Experience with elderly care, dementia, or disability support.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development and training.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus given the local community demographics.
