Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship to seniors by engaging them in conversation, games, and recreational activities. Monitor clients' health and safety , including medication reminders and reporting any changes in condition promptly. Support mobility needs, including transportation to appointments and helping clients navigate their homes safely. Maintain a clean and organized living space to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care. Participate in training and team meetings to continuously improve caregiving skills and share insights. Required and Preferred Qualifications Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with valid California certification. At least 1 year of experience in personal care, preferably with elderly clients. Ability to perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation . Strong interpersonal and communication skills to relate effectively to clients and their families. Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and sensitivity to the needs of the elderly .
