Position Summary The Cash Services Manager at Full Potential Solutions in Coppell, Texas, leads the Cashiering and Cash Management departments. This role oversees posting and reconciliation of incoming funds, wire transfers, disbursements, and ensures compliance with investor guidelines and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills, with experience in MSP or loan servicing platforms. This position manages two department supervisors and a team of over 10 associates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all Cashiering and Cash Management functions comply with investor and company policies. Oversee timely posting and deposit of funds received both internally and externally. Manage wire transfers and check disbursement processes. Ensure timely reconciliation of cash accounts and resolve discrepancies. Maintain vendor relationships, including lockbox services. Implement internal controls to prevent fraud and fund misallocation. Ensure compliance with SOX and audit risk assessments. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to supervisors and staff. Recommend salary and personnel actions for department employees. Perform additional duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervise 2 department supervisors and indirectly manage a team of 10+ associates.
