Job description
Company is seeking an experienced Channel Program Operations Manager to join our team in San José, Costa Rica . This is a full-time position with remote work eligibility. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize channel partner programs in a high-growth, global environment. Construct and implement scalable infrastructures for partner program management. Develop flexible global programs tailored to meet local market requirements. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure partner success and program effectiveness. Qualifications: Minimum of five years experience in channel management. Proven managerial-level experience in partner programs, preferably within public companies.
