Key Responsibilities Monitor live chat interactions to maintain positive and respectful communication among participants. Provide immediate support and guidance to users during chat sessions. Identify and address inappropriate behavior, enforcing community guidelines. Engage users to build trust and encourage open dialogue. Document incidents and feedback, reporting to the team lead for follow-up. Collaborate with team members to improve community safety and engagement strategies. Participate in training and ongoing education on best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong empathy and active listening skills.
