Key Responsibilities Monitor live chat interactions continuously to uphold a positive and respectful community atmosphere. Provide immediate assistance and empathetic support to users seeking guidance during chat sessions. Identify and address inappropriate behavior swiftly, ensuring compliance with community standards. Engage users proactively to build trust and encourage open, constructive communication. Document incidents and user feedback accurately, reporting critical issues to the team lead for timely resolution. Collaborate with fellow team members to develop and implement strategies that enhance community safety and engagement. Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in online moderation. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential. Strong empathy with excellent active listening and communication skills.
