Position Overview: Pharma Resource Group Inc is seeking a dependable and motivated Chemical Operator to join our team in Chester, Pennsylvania. This full-time, site-based role involves operating and monitoring pharmaceutical production equipment in a regulated environment, ensuring adherence to cGMP standards and quality procedures. Key Responsibilities: Perform entry-level micronization and milling of hazardous and non-hazardous pharmaceutical actives and excipients. Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and processes. Accurately report production data on batch records following Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies. Adhere strictly to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Identify and promptly communicate non-routine events, deviations, and GMP deficiencies to supervisors. Clean processing areas and equipment thoroughly to maintain a safe work environment. Produce clear, consistent, and compliant documentation (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, and Accurate). Demonstrate adaptability by embracing change and learning new processes. Engage actively in shift change meetings, team discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strive to achieve First Time Right (FTR) as a key performance indicator. Complete required Compliance Wire and site training to remain current. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Performance Measures: Strict adherence to safety and quality procedures. Consistent product quality, throughput, and final yields. Exemplary attendance, punctuality, and dependability. Positive work ethic and attitude supporting daily facility operations. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Dependable with eagerness to learn and meet physical job requirements. Prior experience in pharmaceutical or chemical production is a plus but not mandatory.
