IMECSA PROYECTOS INDUSTRIALES SAC is looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our team in Los Olivos, Lima, Peru. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural engineering plans and specifications for diverse projects.
• Conduct site assessments ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to integrate designs and resolve engineering challenges.
• Prepare detailed project documentation including reports, calculations, and presentations.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to construction teams.
• Analyze project designs using engineering software tools.
• Evaluate and mitigate design risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in structural design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar.
• Industry certifications like Professional Engineer license are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

In this full-time role, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, project managers, and construction personnel to ensure project execution aligns with engineering standards.
