Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards. Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a pleasant and hygienic workplace. Properly dispose of waste and recycling, ensuring containers are emptied regularly. Assist in monitoring cleaning supply inventory and report when restocking is needed. Follow scheduled cleaning routines and adapt to management priorities as required. Report any maintenance issues or unsafe conditions observed during cleaning tasks to supervisors. Work collaboratively with team members to complete cleaning duties efficiently and effectively. Qualifications No formal education required; understanding of cleaning principles preferred. Strong communication skills to follow instructions and report issues clearly. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory. Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. You will report directly to the Cleaning Supervisor and collaborate with other departments to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
