Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure sanitation. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to create a pleasant work environment. Properly dispose of waste and recycling; ensure bins are emptied regularly. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed. Follow cleaning schedules and adapt to changing priorities as directed by management. Report any maintenance issues or unsafe conditions noticed during cleaning tasks. Work collaboratively with team members to complete cleaning duties efficiently and effectively. Required and Preferred Qualifications No formal education required; knowledge of cleaning principles is preferred. Strong communication skills to follow instructions and report concerns clearly. Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory. Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will report directly to the Cleaning Supervisor and collaborate with other departments to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
