Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures for clinical engineering systems and sensitive data. Perform comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses on clinical devices and IT infrastructure. Monitor cybersecurity incidents, respond promptly, and ensure effective mitigation and reporting. Collaborate with clinical teams to promote cybersecurity awareness and enforce best practices. Stay current with evolving cybersecurity trends, technologies, and compliance regulations relevant to healthcare and clinical engineering. Document cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident reports meticulously. Support the development and execution of security protocols, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards applicable to healthcare. Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, ideally within healthcare or clinical engineering environments. Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, technologies, and incident response methodologies. This role requires close collaboration with clinical engineers, IT security teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure cybersecurity measures are seamlessly integrated into daily clinical operations. Reporting directly to the IT Security Manager, the Clinical Engineering Cyber Specialist plays a critical role in safeguarding clinical engineering assets and patient data integrity.
