Key Responsibilities Program CNC machines with G-code and other languages to produce precise components. Set up and test CNC equipment to ensure quality before production runs. Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues promptly. Perform routine maintenance and resolve mechanical problems. Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve manufacturing processes. Maintain detailed records of programming, setups, and production data. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in CNC programming, especially with G-code. Proficient with CAD/CAM software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of machine safety protocols and best practices. This role reports to the Production Manager and requires teamwork within a modern manufacturing environment focused on continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration. Salary: ₹30,000 per year
