Key Responsibilities Program CNC machines with G-code and other languages to produce precise parts. Set up CNC equipment and run tests to ensure quality before full production. Interpret technical drawings and project specifications accurately. Monitor and troubleshoot CNC machine operations for optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and resolve mechanical issues promptly. Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve manufacturing processes. Maintain detailed records of programming, setups, and production data. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of CNC programming experience, especially with G-code. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of safety protocols in CNC machine operations. This role is based in a modern manufacturing environment emphasizing teamwork and continuous improvement. You will report to the Production Manager and work closely with machinists and engineers to enhance production efficiency.
