Key Responsibilities Operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to manufacture high-quality components. Program CNC machines to execute machining tasks accurately per specifications. Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet industry standards. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines to reduce downtime. Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and boost efficiency. Maintain detailed documentation of production data and machine performance. Engage in project meetings to adopt new technologies and improve workflows. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. 2-5 years proven experience in CNC programming and VMC operation. Strong knowledge of quality control and machine maintenance procedures. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and machining tools. Industry certifications in CNC machining are a plus.
