About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and professional cold caller/appointment setter to book qualified meetings with med spa business owners and decision-makers. This is a performance-driven role requiring discipline, organization, and confidence on the phone. This is not a casual virtual assistant position. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling objections, booking qualified appointments, accurately updating the CRM, and meeting daily and weekly targets.
