Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in fieldwork, preferably in collections or customer service. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Banking or finance experience is a plus. Familiarity with mobile collection tools and software is beneficial. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role preferred.
