Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Engage customers professionally to discuss payment plans and resolve payment issues. Build and sustain strong customer relationships to enhance trust and satisfaction. Document all communications and transactions in company systems for precise tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to strategize effective collection methods. Report regularly on collection progress aligned with company goals. Participate in training to improve customer relations and debt recovery skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in fieldwork, preferably in collections or customer service. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Banking or finance experience is a plus. Familiarity with mobile collection tools and software is beneficial. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Salary: ₹19,000 per month (off-roll position) Location: Yavatmāl, Maharashtra, India Employment Type: Off Roll (Third Party Payroll)
