Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ E-filing in Texas state and federal courts, including PACER/ECF systems
- ✅ Drafting and proofreading legal documents with precision
- ✅ Managing court calendars and critical deadlines efficiently
- ✅ Supporting attorneys with comprehensive case coordination
- ✅ Maintaining organized case files and records for multiple litigation matters
- ✅ Thriving in a fast-paced environment handling diverse commercial litigation cases
Qualifications:
- ✔️ Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
- ✔️ Preferred experience in commercial litigation
- ✔️ Proficient with Texas state and federal court e-filing systems (PACER/ECF)
- ✔️ Strong skills in Microsoft Office, communication, and organization
