Scottsdale Lock & Key is seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Locksmith Specialist to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This contract role offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year . You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our commercial clients by installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of locking mechanisms and electronic access controls. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial locking systems and electronic access controls. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Conduct site security assessments and recommend tailored locking solutions. Perform routine maintenance and emergency lockout services to maximize client satisfaction. Document all service calls and maintain accurate records of materials and time used. Collaborate with team members to optimize operations and service delivery. Stay current with locksmithing industry trends and new security technologies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven locksmithing experience with a focus on commercial security systems preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Mechanical aptitude and technical ability to work with diverse locking mechanisms and security systems. Completion of a locksmithing certification program is a plus. Experience with electronic security and access control systems preferred. Valid driver’s license required.
