Key Responsibilities Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities in the HVAC market. Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Conduct thorough needs assessments to customize HVAC solutions tailored to customer requirements. Deliver detailed product and service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure customer needs are clearly communicated and fulfilled. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets to drive company revenue growth. Stay updated on HVAC industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education in business or related fields is advantageous. Proven sales experience, ideally within HVAC or a related industry. Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills. Self-driven with a strong results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. Experience with CRM software and sales tools preferred. Basic technical knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
