AEC National Recruiters is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead airport construction projects in New York City, NY . This full-time, on-site role requires managing complex, large-scale airport construction initiatives with a focus on timely delivery and budget adherence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of airport construction projects, ensuring projects meet timelines and budget goals. Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules; adjust plans proactively to maintain progress. Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve project issues. Oversee budgeting including cost estimation, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout construction. Manage project documentation such as contracts, permits, and reports for stakeholder review. Facilitate team meetings to encourage collaboration and address challenges promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in airport or large-scale environments. Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills. Proficiency with construction management software and tools. Industry certifications such as PMP or CCM are highly preferred. This position is strictly on-site in New York City; remote or hybrid work options are not available.
