Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Critical Path Method (CPM) from pre-bid through project completion to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and trade partners to align schedules with project goals and resource availability.
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to identify key milestones, dependencies, and potential scheduling challenges early in the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate schedule risks, minimizing delays and ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed schedule reports to project teams and clients, supporting transparent communication and informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external scheduling consultants as needed to integrate specialized expertise and maintain schedule accuracy.
  • Contribute to the development of winning RFP and proposal schedules, enhancing the company’s competitive edge in bidding processes.
  • Interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure schedules reflect project scope and technical requirements accurately.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Proven success in construction project scheduling with full-cycle experience across multiple sectors including healthcare, general construction, and multifamily projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and deep understanding of CPM scheduling principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Quincy, MA with occasional travel to project locations.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
