Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Critical Path Method (CPM) from pre-bid through project completion to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and trade partners to align schedules with project goals and resource availability.
Analyze project plans and specifications to identify key milestones, dependencies, and potential scheduling challenges early in the project lifecycle.
Proactively identify and mitigate schedule risks, minimizing delays and ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Provide regular updates and detailed schedule reports to project teams and clients, supporting transparent communication and informed decision-making.
Coordinate with external scheduling consultants as needed to integrate specialized expertise and maintain schedule accuracy.
Contribute to the development of winning RFP and proposal schedules, enhancing the company’s competitive edge in bidding processes.
Interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure schedules reflect project scope and technical requirements accurately.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Proven success in construction project scheduling with full-cycle experience across multiple sectors including healthcare, general construction, and multifamily projects.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and deep understanding of CPM scheduling principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work on-site in Quincy, MA with occasional travel to project locations.

Preferred:

Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Familiarity with BIM technologies and innovative construction management tools.
Background working in private equity or luxury residential development projects.
