We’re looking for a dynamic Construction Sales Leader to join our Honolulu team and drive our continued growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through strategic networking, client referrals, and targeted outreach to increase sales pipeline.
  • Conduct detailed client consultations to accurately define project goals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring client satisfaction and project feasibility.
  • Coordinate scopes of work with estimating, design, and project management teams to prepare competitive and comprehensive proposals.
  • Prepare and present clear, persuasive residential and commercial construction proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, scheduling, and terms, to secure profitable agreements.
  • Close construction contracts efficiently and facilitate seamless handoff to operations for project execution.
  • Track sales leads, proposals, and client follow-ups using the company CRM to maintain pipeline accuracy and forecast sales performance.
  • Attend client meetings and industry networking events to build brand presence and foster long-term relationships.
  • Support collections efforts at contract milestones and project closeout to ensure timely payment and cash flow.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating processes and contract management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work on-site in Honolulu and travel locally as needed.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with state and federal construction projects.
  • Knowledge of Hawaii’s construction market and regulatory environment.
  • Veteran status or experience working within veteran-owned businesses.
  • Leadership skills with potential for career advancement into sales management roles.
