Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate construction layouts. Perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and operating machinery on site. Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate progress and issues effectively with supervisors and team members. Assist with maintenance of tools and equipment for optimal operation. Participate in site clean-up and organization at the end of each workday. Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding safety protocols. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 1-2 years of construction or related labor experience preferred. OSHA or other construction safety certifications are a plus. Ability to operate construction equipment is advantageous. Work in a structured environment with opportunities for skill development and teamwork. Report directly to the Site Supervisor and collaborate with other construction professionals and departments including project management and safety.
