Key Responsibilities Execute construction tasks precisely according to blueprints and project specifications to ensure quality and compliance. Perform physically demanding labor such as lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and operating construction equipment efficiently and safely. Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow continuity. Communicate proactively with site supervisors regarding progress updates, challenges, and safety concerns to support project success. Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel. Assist with site preparation activities, including setup and clean-up, to ensure organized and efficient project execution. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction schematics accurately. Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
