Perform manual labor duties such as lifting materials, digging trenches, and operating basic construction equipment safely and efficiently. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and basic project management principles. Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Preferred: Familiarity with construction tools and equipment operation. Previous construction or related field experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
