RICARDO is hiring a motivated Contact Center Specialist in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently while multitasking across multiple computer systems.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and update records as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues following company policies.
• Analyze customer feedback patterns and suggest process improvements.
• Attend training sessions to stay current on products, services, and best practices.
• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Completed college degree is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong multitasking ability and proficiency with multiple computer systems.

• Previous contact center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
