This full-time position offers a key role in ensuring timely and organized delivery of shipments, enhancing operational efficiency in a dynamic company. Key Responsibilities Monitor shipment status and coordinate with carriers to guarantee on-time delivery. Maintain accurate records of all shipments and deliveries within our management system. Organize follow-up meetings with the logistics team and other involved departments. Resolve shipment-related issues promptly and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with the customer service team to keep clients informed about their order status. Prepare weekly reports on shipment performance and delivery metrics. Implement process improvements to optimize tracking and delivery efficiency. Preferred Qualifications Completed secondary education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong coordination, and organizational skills. Previous experience in similar roles is preferred. Knowledge of shipment management systems is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. You will be part of a collaborative team, reporting directly to the logistics manager and working closely with customer service and inventory management departments.
