Corporate Trainer – Microsoft Power Platform in Gurugram, Haryana

Koenig Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer specializing in Microsoft Power Platform to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. This full-time role is vital in empowering our employees with skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to drive business innovation and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions on Microsoft Power Platform tools, ensuring clear understanding of concepts and practical applications. Create and update comprehensive training materials, including manuals, slide decks, and e-learning content tailored to diverse learning preferences. Evaluate learner progress through assessments and feedback, adapting training approaches to optimize learning outcomes. Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and design customized training programs aligned with organizational goals. Conduct workshops and one-on-one coaching to support employees in effectively using Power Platform solutions. Stay current with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates and integrate new features into training curricula. Analyze training effectiveness through metrics and participant feedback to continuously enhance program quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable. Experience with training software and instructional design tools. 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a related area.
