Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the sales counter. Guide customers in choosing tamales and atole, offering product recommendations and answering questions. Efficiently handle cash and card transactions, ensuring register accuracy at shift end. Maintain a clean, organized sales area; restock supplies and arrange product displays attractively. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure product freshness and timely availability. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to support smooth sales operations. Participate in local marketing efforts to promote our tamales and atole and attract new customers. Required and Preferred Qualifications Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations. Familiarity with basic point-of-sale systems and handheld devices. No formal education required; passion for food and customer service is essential. Compensation: 1,800 MXN per week on a contract basis.
