In this vibrant work environment, you will play an integral role in shaping our brand's visual identity and voice, engaging young audiences and their parents through captivating content. Your innovative contributions will directly impact our brand presence and success in the market. Key Responsibilities Create visually appealing and engaging content across social media, websites, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop thematic campaigns that resonate with our audience. Produce and edit high-quality videos and photographs showcasing our children’s fashion line. Research current trends in children's fashion and adapt them to our brand personality. Engage with customers through feedback and ideas, fostering a community around our brand. Analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategies and improve future marketing efforts. Assist in organizing photoshoots, including equipment setup and coordination with models and locations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, Photography, or related fields. Proven creativity with skills in video editing and photography. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.). Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation or related fields. Familiarity with current children's fashion trends and marketing strategies preferred.
