Creative Content Creator for Children's Fashion Brand in Funza, Colombia

EspacioMenta1, a dynamic children’s fashion brand based in Funza, Cundinamarca, Colombia, is seeking an energetic Creative Content Creator to join our team on a fixed-term contract. In this vibrant work environment, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity and voice, engaging young audiences and their parents through captivating content. Your innovative contributions will directly impact our brand presence and success in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and engaging content across multiple platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop thematic campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Produce and edit high-quality videos and photographs showcasing our children’s fashion line.
• Research current trends in children’s fashion and creatively adapt them to reflect our unique brand personality.
• Engage with customers by gathering feedback and ideas, fostering a loyal community around our brand.
• Analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategies and enhance future marketing efforts.
• Assist in organizing photoshoots, including equipment setup and coordination with models and locations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, Photography, or related fields.
• Proven creativity with strong skills in video editing and photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in content creation or related roles.
• Familiarity with current children’s fashion trends and marketing strategies is preferred.
