Key Responsibilities Research and analyze current educational trends and learner needs to develop effective curricula. Design, develop, and continuously refine curriculum materials aligned with educational standards and learning goals. Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Implement assessment strategies to measure curriculum effectiveness and learner progress. Provide training and ongoing support to instructors for effective curriculum delivery. Monitor and update educational programs regularly to incorporate improvements and innovations. Engage in professional development to stay updated on instructional design best practices and educational technologies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field. Proven experience in curriculum design and development. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Familiarity with curriculum standards and educational assessment methods. Experience integrating technology and online learning platforms into curriculum design. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
