Key Responsibilities Research and analyze educational needs and trends to create effective curricula. Design , develop, and refine curriculum materials that align with educational standards and learning objectives. Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to ensure relevance and accuracy of content. Implement assessment methods to evaluate curriculum effectiveness and learner outcomes. Provide training and support for instructors in the practical application of the curriculum. Continuously monitor and assess educational programs for improvements and updates. Engage in professional development to stay current with educational best practices and technologies. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field. Proven experience in curriculum design and development. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Familiarity with curriculum standards and educational assessments. Experience with online learning platforms and technology integration in education. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Our Curriculum Development team operates within a collaborative and innovative environment. You will report directly to the Director of Education and work closely with various stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and external partners, to enhance our educational offerings.
