Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any ongoing issues. Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills and product knowledge. Monitor and report key performance indicators, seeking ways to enhance service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software. Preferred experience in customer service, especially in a call center environment. Ability to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure. Customer service certifications are a plus. This remote-eligible contract position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 per year.
