Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via app communication channels, ensuring a friendly and helpful experience.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, minimizing errors and delays to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about tremendous’s products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance and resolve questions effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Product teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
- Monitor order statuses continuously and provide timely updates to customers regarding their purchases.
- Log all customer interactions and transactions in the customer management system to ensure thorough follow-up and data accuracy.
- Identify and suggest process improvements within the order management system to increase operational efficiency.
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
