Key Responsibilities Manage inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels, delivering prompt and accurate responses to boost customer satisfaction. Track and log all customer interactions for accurate record-keeping and future reference. Collaborate with team members to meet project goals, sharing insights and expertise. Required and Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in customer service and data entry roles, with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
