Required and Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in customer service and data entry roles, with excellent multitasking and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail, active listening skills, and empathetic communication. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or data entry preferred. Compensation: $35 per hour, full-time position based in Hornell, NY. This role is not remote eligible.
