Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using company CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets related to customer satisfaction and response times.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related roles.
Excellent communication skills in English with clear American English proficiency.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
