ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Service & Inventory Management Associate at Novofer involves handling customer inquiries, managing inventory records, and supporting daily operational tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Attend to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

* Generate reports and analyze inventory data for management.
