This onsite role supports Medicaid providers and clients by delivering accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates have recent call center experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls professionally, assisting Medicaid providers and clients with eligibility, claim status, and program questions. Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases appropriately. Accurately document all customer interactions in the system. Transfer calls to relevant teams when necessary. Meet performance, attendance, and quality standards consistently. Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies at all times. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications At least 6 months of recent experience in a high-volume contact or call center (verifiable). Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately. Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (schedule fixed for first 90 days). Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay at $22 per hour with contract-to-hire opportunity.
