Excellent communication and active listening skills. Strong empathy and passion for helping customers. Effective time management and independent problem-solving abilities. Previous customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus. Work remotely or onsite in New York City with a collaborative team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
