Join our dynamic airport team in New York City , one of the busiest transit hubs in the USA. As a full-time airport customer service representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to travelers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every step of their journey. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing traveler inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Assist passengers with check-in, luggage handling, and boarding procedures efficiently. Coordinate with airline staff, security, and other airport personnel to maintain seamless operations. Monitor and communicate up-to-date flight information to passengers clearly and quickly. Handle customer complaints with empathy, escalating when necessary to maintain satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all customer-facing areas to ensure a welcoming environment. Participate in regular training to stay current on airport policies and procedures. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with airport operations is a plus but not mandatory. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred. This full-time position offers $25 per hour and the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering top-tier service at one of the USA’s busiest airports. You will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and work closely with multiple departments to enhance traveler satisfaction and airport efficiency.
