KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Attend and resolve customer inquiries via phone in a courteous and effective manner.
* Provide detailed information about our products and services.
* Record and manage customer complaints, ensuring proper follow-up.
* Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in our system.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
* Follow up on customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and customer service skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Required:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Excellent verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
– Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
– Knowledge of customer management tools is advantageous.
– Empathy, patience, and conflict resolution skills.
* Preferred:
– Experience in call centers or customer support roles.
