Company is seeking a skilled D365 Business Analyst to support our Dynamics 365 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. This full-time role involves coordinating business functions, managing process flows, and implementing system changes to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain the Dynamics 365 ERP system to meet business needs. Coordinate with business process owners to analyze, document, and improve workflows within the D365 environment. Execute ERP design, testing, and implementation plans under the guidance of the ERP Team Leader. Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to facilitate user understanding of system processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration and process optimization. Qualifications Proven experience with Dynamics 365 ERP systems and business analysis. Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow optimization. Excellent communication skills to partner effectively with stakeholders. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. This position is not remote and requires presence in Santo Domingo.
