We’re looking for a D365 Business Analyst to support and enhance our Dynamics 365 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Dynamics 365 ERP system by coordinating business functions and ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Collaborate with ERP Team Leader to execute design, testing, and implementation plans effectively and on schedule.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system changes, and training materials for end-users.
• Partner with business process owners to facilitate understanding and adoption of D365 system functionalities.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure system changes meet business requirements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain ERP reliability and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP utilization and support organizational growth.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting Dynamics 365 ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, ERP design, and implementation methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to develop clear documentation and training materials tailored to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
