Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive data collection, cleansing, and processing to maintain high-quality datasets that support accurate analysis. Utilize advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools to conduct complex analyses and generate detailed reports with actionable insights. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver customized data solutions that meet business needs. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate analytical findings to stakeholders and management. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and inform strategic decisions. Assist in building predictive models to forecast trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvements. Present analytical results in clear, concise presentations to support management discussions and strategic planning. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis add-ins. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Preferred: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or related roles for mid-level candidates.
