Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from diverse sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decisions. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders. Develop and automate data pipelines to streamline data processing and improve operational efficiency. Execute statistical analyses to support marketing, product, and operational strategies with quantitative evidence. Present findings clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams, enabling data-driven decision-making. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align data initiatives with business goals. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain data integrity across all projects. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. 1–3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation. Advanced Excel skills including functions, pivot tables, and charting. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Knowledge of Python or R, particularly libraries like Pandas and NumPy, for data analysis. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred: Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes. Familiarity with statistical methods and data visualization best practices. Experience working in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
