Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily data processing workflows to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client information.
  • Collaborate effectively with accounting, investor services, and KYC teams in the U.S. to maintain seamless communication and data consistency.
  • Verify and reconcile financial data related to hedge funds, trusts, partnerships, and private equity accounts.
  • Implement quality control measures that reduce data errors by at least 15%, enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes by preparing accurate data reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects related to data analysis and client reporting as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data processing or administrative roles within financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
