Key Responsibilities

Manage daily data processing workflows to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client information.
Collaborate effectively with accounting, investor services, and KYC teams in the U.S. to maintain seamless communication and data consistency.
Verify and reconcile financial data related to hedge funds, trusts, partnerships, and private equity accounts.
Implement quality control measures that reduce data errors by at least 15%, enhancing client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes by preparing accurate data reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Assist in ad hoc projects related to data analysis and client reporting as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in data processing or administrative roles within financial services.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management software.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate with international teams and adapt to cross-cultural work environments.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
