Techling Pvt Ltd is hiring a skilled Database Administrator in Williston, North Dakota. Key Responsibilities Administer, monitor, and optimize database systems for reliability and performance. Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data. Collaborate with developers to design and deploy database solutions. Perform routine maintenance including software updates, backup verification, and performance tuning. Analyze database activities and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly. Prepare detailed documentation and reports on database configurations and performance metrics. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems. Experience with backup and recovery tools and strategies. Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques. 1-3 years of experience in database administration or related roles preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) are a plus. As part of our collaborative IT team, you will report to the IT Manager and work closely with software developers, system administrators, and project managers to support Techling’s mission.
