Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement smart contracts and DeFi protocols using Solidity to create secure and scalable blockchain applications. Conduct thorough testing and security audits to ensure the integrity, reliability, and robustness of DeFi applications, minimizing vulnerabilities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and UX designers to translate user requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Monitor and debug live DeFi applications to enhance performance, quickly resolve issues, and prevent service disruptions. Research emerging technologies and trends in the DeFi and blockchain space to continuously innovate and improve product offerings. Provide technical support and insights during product launches and community engagement initiatives to ensure successful adoption. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in developing smart contracts using Solidity within the DeFi ecosystem. Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized applications (dApps), and cryptographic protocols. Familiarity with security best practices and auditing processes for smart contracts. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and code quality. Preferred: Knowledge of additional programming languages such as JavaScript or Python. Experience working in fintech or blockchain startups. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
