Key Responsibilities Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles while following all traffic laws and regulations. Organize and load orders accurately to guarantee timely and complete deliveries. Communicate effectively with customers about delivery schedules and any potential delays. Assist with receiving and stocking inventory when not delivering. Maintain a clean and orderly delivery vehicle to enhance the customer experience. Collect payments and handle cash transactions responsibly when necessary. Report vehicle issues promptly to management for maintenance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven driving experience; delivery experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic communication skills and positive customer interaction. No formal education required; high school diploma is a plus. Familiarity with Mexico City's streets and layout. Work closely with our Delivery Manager and collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize inventory stocking and customer satisfaction.
