Key Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards to ensure timely deliveries. Load and unload packages carefully, securing items to prevent damage during transit. Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes across Miami and surrounding areas to optimize delivery times and fuel usage. Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics teams, providing real-time updates on delivery status and any issues encountered. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and functionality to uphold safety and reliability standards. Assist with inventory management by verifying delivery orders and documenting discrepancies to maintain accurate records. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally during deliveries. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent education. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a delivery driver preferred but not mandatory. Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Miami’s geography and traffic patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction. Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physically demanding tasks. Preferred: Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks. Experience using GPS and route optimization software.
