Complete delivery documentation accurately and report any discrepancies to management. Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and communicate customer feedback. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service delivery and operational skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills with a commitment to positive customer experiences. Familiarity with logistics or delivery services preferred but not mandatory. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy packages and handle physical workload. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
