- Certification duration varies from a few days to six weeks based on program complexity.

- Choose a client opportunity.

- Enroll in a certification course to prepare for service.


- Answer inbound calls to help customers place orders.

- Aid customers in checking order statuses.

- Assist customers with inquiries about repairs.

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

- Help customers resolve issues.

- Utilize soft sales techniques when needed.


- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

- Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week (some clients have weekend requirements)

- Must have a quiet distracting free work environment

- Must have minimum computer specifications or better as needed by the client (laptop or desktop)

- Must have a USB headset with microphone (required for certification training)

- Must have a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection

- Must have a phone service

- Must be able to purchase a call center noise-cancelling phone
