- Handle inbound calls to support customers with orders, order status, repairs, inquiries, recommendations, and more.

- Demonstrate patience and empathy.

- Provide articulate customer service.

- Possess experience in assisting users to find optimal solutions.

- Before servicing a client through our platform, complete assessments and a virtual certification course.

- Certification duration varies from a few days to six weeks based on program complexity.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED

- Register with HOTLINEHERO LLC.

- Follow the instructions to join the Arise Platform.

- Choose a client opportunity.

- Enroll in a certification course to prepare for service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Answer inbound calls to help customers place orders.

- Aid customers in checking order statuses.

- Assist customers with inquiries about repairs.

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

- Help customers resolve issues.

- Utilize soft sales techniques when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

- Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week (some clients have weekend requirements)

- Must have a quiet distracting free work environment

- Must have minimum computer specifications or better as needed by the client (laptop or desktop)

- Must have a USB headset with microphone (required for certification training)

- Must have a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection

- Must have a phone service

- Must be able to purchase a call center noise-cancelling phone
